Dames is an experienced educator, organizational leader, curriculum developer and business consultant with 27 years of professional experience across the educational, nonprofit, faith-based and consulting sectors. He brings together advanced academic preparation, executive leadership experience and a practical understanding of how organizations can strengthen their people, systems and strategies to achieve sustainable growth.

Dr. Dames holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education from the University of North Texas. His doctoral research examined the historical development of tertiary education in The Bahamas and its implications for educational leadership and national development.

Dr. Dames is also the Founder of Logos Christian School, an educational initiative established to provide students with a strong academic and values-based foundation.
